Join us in ensuring a smooth and efficient wrap-up of our Resource Fair on October 25 by volunteering to be part of the Event Cleanup Crew. This fair, dedicated to eliminating barriers to essential resources for elderly friends, will offer valuable information on end-of-life planning, scams and fraud prevention, and empowerment through technology. Your assistance in cleaning up after the event will ensure the venue is left in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
-Dismantle Stations: Break down tables, chairs, and other setup materials, and return them to their designated storage areas.
-Collect Materials: Gather and organize leftover brochures, flyers, handouts, and any other event materials.
-Trash Disposal: Ensure all trash and recyclables are properly disposed of in the appropriate bins.
Refreshment Area Cleanup: Clean and pack away any remaining snacks and drinks, and tidy up the refreshment area.
-General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and perform any necessary cleaning to leave the venue in excellent condition.
-Lost and Found: Collect any lost items and turn them into the event coordinator.
