This fair aims to eliminate barriers to essential resources for elderly friends, offering valuable information on end-of-life planning, scams and fraud prevention, and empowerment through technology. Your assistance in setting up the event will ensure a smooth and successful experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities:
-Setup Stations: Arrange tables, chairs, and materials for various resource stations, ensuring they are organized and ready for attendees.
-Signage Placement: Place signs and directional markers to guide attendees to different areas of the event.
-Tech Setup: Assist with setting up any necessary technology, such as projectors, microphones, and laptops, to ensure smooth presentations.
-Materials Preparation: Distribute informational brochures, flyers, and handouts at appropriate stations as needed.
-Refreshments: Set up a refreshment area with snacks and drinks for attendees.
-General Assistance: Provide any additional setup assistance as needed to ensure the venue is ready for the event.
