Help us kick off the 27th Annual Tom Wess Memorial Golf Outing by joining our setup crew! LBFE is looking for organized and energetic volunteers to assist with setting up various elements of the event, ensuring everything is ready for a fantastic day of fundraising and fun.
Your contribution will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, directly supporting our mission to provide essential programming and support to lonely and isolated elders. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and ready to help set the stage for a successful event, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Set Up Raffle Baskets:
Arrange and display raffle baskets in the designated area.
Ensure each basket is labeled correctly and attractively presented.
Set Up Check-In Table:
Prepare the check-in table with all necessary materials, including registration lists, raffle basket tickets, mulligans, yardsticks, golfer registration forms, and bourbon basket tickets.
Ensure the area is organized and welcoming for guests.
Set Up Snacks Area:
Arrange snacks and refreshments in an accessible and visually appealing manner.
Ensure there are enough supplies and that the area remains clean and stocked.
Set Up Swag Bags:
Assemble swag bags with event materials, promotional items, and any additional goodies.
Distribute swag bags at the designated area or ensure they are ready for distribution at check-in.
