Your participation will help us continue providing essential programming and support to lonely and isolated elders.

1. Pull Raffle Basket, Split the Pot, and Bourbon Basket Winners
Assist in the drawing and announcement of winners for the raffle basket, Split the Pot, and bourbon basket. Track number of tickets for each basket.
Details: Ensure the process is fair and transparent, and help display the winners' names prominently.
2. Move Baskets into Dining Space
Transport raffle and prize baskets into the designated dining area.
Details: Ensure baskets are handled carefully and arranged neatly for display and distribution.
3. Set Guest Tables with Materials and Set Up Announcement Table
Prepare guest tables with necessary materials (programs, surveys, etc.) and set up the announcement table.
Details: Ensure all tables are organized and ready for guest arrival and event announcements.
4. Game Card Intake Table
Set up a table for the intake of game cards from participants.
Details: Ensure the table is clearly marked and equipped with necessary supplies for efficient intake and processing of game cards. As golfers return from the course direct them to the intake table to ensure timely winner announcements.
Location: Outdoors under a shaded area, ensuring a comfortable experience.
