Join us in making a difference at the 27th Annual Tom Wess Memorial Fundraiser! LBFE is seeking five dedicated volunteers to help with check-in at this important event, which supports our mission to provide programming and support to lonely and isolated elders.
By volunteering, you’ll play a crucial role in the success of our fundraiser, directly impacting the lives of the elders we serve. If you’re organized, friendly, and ready to contribute to a great cause, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Golfer Registration: Greet golfers as they arrive and get them started with the registration and checkout process, ensuring a smooth registration process for all participating golfers.
- Raffle Basket Tickets: Assist guests with purchasing and distributing raffle basket tickets. - Mulligans: Manage the sale and distribution of mulligans for golfers.
- Yardsticks: Handle the sale and recording of yardsticks for the event.
- Bourbon Basket Tickets: Oversee the sale and allocation of bourbon basket tickets.
-Split the Pot: Encourage and manage the sale of Split the Pot tickets to event attendees.
Location: Outdoors under a shaded area, ensuring a comfortable experience.
Seating: This opportunity allows volunteers to sit while performing their duties.
