Join us in ensuring the success of the 29th Annual Tom Wess Memorial Golf Outing by helping with the essential prep work! LBFE is seeking meticulous and motivated volunteers to assist in preparing swag bags, organizing check-in materials, and creating signage for the event.
Swag Bag Assembly:
Assemble swag bags with event materials, promotional items, and additional goodies.
Ensure each bag is packed consistently and attractively.
Check-In Materials Preparation:
Organize and prepare check-in materials, including registration lists, raffle basket tickets, mulligans, yardsticks, golfer registration forms, and bourbon basket tickets.
Ensure all materials are accounted for and neatly arranged for easy access during the event.
Signage Creation:
Prepare event signage to guide guests and provide information.
Ensure signs are clear, and legible.
Your efforts will play a crucial role in the smooth execution of the event, helping us provide a memorable experience for all attendees and supporting our mission to aid lonely and isolated elders.
