2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Set-Up Crew
Bring the magic to life by transforming the space into a dazzling prom venue! From decorations to arranging the photo booth, your creativity and energy will set the stage for an enchanting night.
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Drivers & Dance Partners
Be an escort for an elderly friend on their special night. Pick them up, help them settle into the venue, and assist with serving food and drinks. Most importantly, join them on the dance floor—it’s your time to shine and share the fun!
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Servers
Treat our elderly friends like royalty! Keep the good food and drinks flowing and help make them feel like the VIPs they truly are.
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Clean-Up Crew
After a night of dancing, laughter, and memories, help us restore the space to its original state. With your help, we’ll wrap up this special event on a high note!
