When was the last time you enjoyed lunch and a movie? For many of our elderly friends, this simple outing is a rare and cherished treat. You can help make it happen!
We’re looking for volunteers to brighten someone’s day by providing transportation and companionship for a special Lunch and Movie Day. Pick up an elderly friend (or two or three!) and arrive at the Kenwood theater by 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be enjoyed first, followed by a movie. After the outing, you’ll help by dropping off your elderly friends safely at home.
Great news! As a thank-you for your kindness, we’ll cover the cost of your movie and meal, leaving you free to focus on the most important part—sharing the gift of friendship.
